Need of Value Oriented Education for the Development of Human Resource

The word ‘Education’ has a very wide connotation. The concept of education is like a diamond which appears to be of a different colour when seen from a different angle. For the development of Human resource “Education as an empowerment right, education is the primary vehicle by which economically and socially marginalized adults and children can lift themselves out of poverty, and obtain the means participate fully in their communities” none of civil, political economic and social rights can be exercised by individuals unless they have received a certain minimum education.In present research paper i have try to seek the necessity of value oriented education for the development of human resource.
